Once you have setup your EmuCast team account, your payment and billing related information is available via the Plan & Payment page.

Plan & Payments

Plan & Payments details provides customers full control over there EmuCast experience in one location. Here you will find information about your current plan, payment card chosen for your plan and ability to maintain billing details.

Plan Info

The Plan Info section provides the following information to assist you to better manage your EmuCast experience.

  • EmuCast Plan: The Plan Info section will provide details of what plan you are currently on. If you choose to move between plans, it's important to check here to verify the change has taken affect.

  • Payment Plan: Under the Payment Plan you are shown the plan charges you are currently being invoiced for, either free, monthly or a yearly charge.

  • Change Plan: EmuCast allows our customers to move between plans as your circumstances require. If you need to alter your plan simply select 'Change Plan" and click the appropriate plan accordingly, more information can be found in Upgrading or downgrading your plan sections.

Payment Source

  1. All EmuCast solution payment plans are billed in USD rates and require a valid payment card.

  2. All Payment Plan's will commence from the time of signing up to a charged plan and charged to your nominated payment card.

  3. Your payment card details entered into the Payment Source fields should match the details of your payment card chosen.

Billing Info

This information enables EmuCast to keep our customers informed of all billing charges of your plan. It is important to ensure this information is maintained.

To change your Billing Information simply update all fields and click "Save Changes" to save your changes.

  1. If required to alter any Billing Info data fields, remember all mandatory fields must again be re-entered then select Save Changes to save your change.

  2. Once your billing information is added and saved it will not be visible in the billing info section however be assured your data has been captured successfully.

Financial

Teams can upgrade or downgrade their current purchase plans.

Upgrading Payment Plan

If you upgrade your current plan, you will continue to be charged at your current plan rate for the month or year up to when you selected to switched over to a higher plan. You will then be charged at the higher charge rate for remainder of the month or year.

Downgrading Payment Plan

If you're downgrading your current plan, you will continue to be charged at your current plan rate for the month or year up to when you selected to switched over to a lower plan. You will then be charged at the lower charge rate for remainder of the month or year.
